“O ordered 5 t-shirts all the same size. Two i am unable to wear as they are a lot smaller and at least 3inch shorter.”

“Ordered 2 items only 1 turned up. No correspondence telling me no stock for 1 item. I’d specifically ordered 2 items for birthday present and paid next day delivery? So I paid an enhanced fee for one cheap item not good”

“I have never shopped with WF before, but they stock the long shorts which are quite hard to find this year, so I was looking forward to their arrival. Unfortunately, I received a size 12 when I ordered a size 10. This meant the hassle of travelling to the post office, paying for parking and queueing for nothing in return. It was a disappointing start and I'm not motivated to try again.”

“Sizes differ from garment to garment. Even two of the same (different colours) can be different. Makes it impossible to buy online, have to try on in a shop before buying.”

“Before I ordered 3 x T- shirts, I first checked the size of T-shirts I'd previously bought from Weird Fish, these were Large. Ordered the same size, when T-Shirts arrived I noticed how thin the material was compared to T-shirts I'd bought previously, but they fitted OK. Put them in the wash, when I went to wear them they'd shrunk so are now really tight.”

“T-shirt too small so requested an exchange. Weird Fish don't offer exchanges so have to re-order and pay a second delivery charge! Not impressed.... T-shirt itself very nice”

“Filled their advice on which size to order but the trousers were way too big so have returned for refund. Weird Fish confirmed receipt of trousers on 14 June, refund received on 17 June.”
