“The goods I received came in good condition. I was expecting to receive an invoice or some paperwork in the parcel as well but I did not get that the most frustrating thing for me was the actual delay. I was expecting the parcel within three or four days, I think it took over two weeks to arrive to me. I did receive an email saying because of the high demand things were being delayed. That was the only email I received.”
