“Hi, I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have always appreciated the consistent quality of your products—thank you for that. However, I was quite surprised and disappointed with a recent order. I purchased the Deeley Ripstop Shorts in Auburn, size 10, for my wife, and when they arrived, we noticed they were significantly smaller than expected. When we compared them to her other size 10 shorts (including past purchases from your brand), the waist measured approximately 5 cm smaller. We also ordered a pair of trousers in the same order, which were also on the smaller side, but fortunately still fit her. Could you please advise if the sizing on this model has changed or if this might be a manufacturing issue”

“I love Weird Fish's organic cotton dresses, & have a collection of both their summer (capped sleeve) & their autumn/winter (3/4 length sleeve) dresses. I have deducted one star, because sometimes I have experienced inconsistencies in their dresses' fit or fabric material. But for the most part, it is a stress-free shopping experience.”

“I had no issues with the ordering or delivery . The items were Good value for money and were true to size. The only issue I need to mention was how bad the items smelled. Don’t know if it’s the manufacturer smell or the plastic bags , no way could I wear them without washing them and line drying them , which thankfully cured the problem.”

“I purchased 2 x tops from Weird Fish but sadly has to return them as they didn't suit me. However, they were both gorgeous designs and lovely material - so was gutted to have to send them back. The order process was quick and simple and the returns was really easy. I am still to receive my refund but not concerned as it was a recent return.”
