“I have purchased quality items previously but in this instance (Lambourne popover jacket)although the material is very good the quality of the side zip is very poor. It broke on its first outing. I also purchased a plain cotton popover jacket and it came with the little brass effect draw cord retainer detached. I will return the Lambourne jacket shortly”

“I ord 2 items from weird fish, a cardigan, when arrived had button missing with half a button, in bottom of bag. Also a zip up jacket, which arrived with a large fault of missing stitches along back. Telephoned to complain, was asked to return them which I did.”

“Sizing has changed,the dresses i ordered were completely different, neither which fitted although items i bought earlier in the year did. We found the same with men's wear ,a small shirt fitted earlier in the year ,however recent purchases didn't !”

“Gradually over the last few years, the quality of the material used is becoming poorer and poorer in quality. Unfortunately I had to return all the items I bought as they were such poor quality such as you would expect find in a cheap High Street shop and not what I expect from Weird Fish. Such a shame as the designs are lovely.”

“Ordered some flip flops, they were quick to come, unfortunately the material part that your foot fits into was much larger on the right foot then the left which was very disappointing and had to be sent back. This is the first problem in many orders and with a prepaid returns label was easy to send back. They kept me constantly updated until the refund was completed. Would have no trouble in ordering again.”

“Unfortunately the sizing of my purchase was way out. The trousers were more like a large 12 and not the 10 required, therefore they were returned, shame really, but unless I can go into a shop I will do without. Cannot be bothered messing about returning items. Would recommend your items,but not online.”

“Loved the dress but had a hole and run in back. Rang customer services and was told to email them with a picture, which I did, no response so tried again and response was they never received the email. Just sent the dress back really disappointed as said previously loved the dress and perfect fit”

“I have never shopped with WF before, but they stock the long shorts which are quite hard to find this year, so I was looking forward to their arrival. Unfortunately, I received a size 12 when I ordered a size 10. This meant the hassle of travelling to the post office, paying for parking and queueing for nothing in return. It was a disappointing start and I'm not motivated to try again.”
