“Stock not available although showed available when ordered. Those products available went missing on first delivery and had to be re-sent. Whole service not up to usual standard.”

“Bought a sale item. Was described as a denim jacket. When it arrived it was a denim shirt, thin. No way you could call it a jacket. I emailed you about it, didn't hear back. So now I have an expensive shirt rather than an sale price jacket! Poor description, poor service.”

“The Wierdfish products were good quality. As usual. Unfortunately the Hermes Company they use is not and lost my first parcel, this meant one item I ordered was out of stock by the time it was sorted out.”

“Had lots of items from weird fish Previously, however these items were very poor size wise. I did the online size guide and it said to buy XXL which was a big shock, on arrival my god what a farce I could have fitted myself and my Partner in these items my I felt like a 3yr old trying my dads suit jacket on. I needed to be 10 stone Heavier and 2 foot taller - absolutely ridiculous so all items sent back. I have now reordered on large and even now the sizing is not great”

“I received some linen 3/4 length trousers. wore them one and they have split at the seam. They were loose fitting so can't understand why they are ruined. I will be contacting to get a refund. I have to say that all previous orders have been a high standard and so was very disappointed in these trousers.”

“The company have been easy to deal, with, and handled a “no quibble” return well. One of their customer service people was good enough to phone and chat through a query I had emailed to their department; This got things sorted quickly and in a friendly way.”

“As always service is great! No dramas there at all. However the quality of the jeans I bought has fallen. The denim quality is different to my Barrow jeans I bought a few years ago. Thinner ,paper like. Not 100% happy but will be cautious in future.”

“Very disappointed with one of the three products bought. I followed the size guide and selected the same size for 2 shirts and 1 tee shirt. Unfortunately, one of the shirts was way too small and at least 1 size less than the other. i measured both across the width at the arm hole base and more than 40 mm (times 2) difference, so on the way back. I also get the privilege of paying for this product fault. I will be cautious now on buying again.”

“Zip on the pocket broke after 2 days on one pair of shorts and loop hole on the other pair cam off in a few days after that, very poor quality product not what I was expecting as I f go ace had good products from you in the past in store, these just looked and felt cheap”

“The delivery was abysmal by Hermes, they received the parcel on the 22July which they confirmed and delivered it on the 29th July only after I phoned Weird Fish chasing the delivery,”

“Unfortunately size 10 in the shorts were miles too big so I believe a size 8 may still not suit me.The delivery time was very good bit will be returning my purchase.”

“Well informed and delivered as advised . The paper work correctly detailed my order but items in the package did not match the paper work and it was not even a slight mismatch - women’s tunics size 14 sent v men’s t-shirt size m with very specific motif ordered. As a new customer received automated email from the CEO with usual ‘any issues write to me directly and I will look into it. Sent email and no response to date. Items have been returned and I await the refund. Unfortunately I will not be buying on line from Wierd Fish in the near future and will return to my usual shop and accept I may not see the full range”

“Ordered a shirt that turned out to be too small. Not a big deal, often happens with online purchases. Returned it with a request in the `reason for return` form that Weird Fish supply an exchange of the next size up. Instead they gave me a refund of the purchase price.”
