“Unfortunately, being a customer from Ireland, therefore the EU, I never received my package that had been paid for as our postal system sent it back due to incorrect customs information. Therefore, with the current Brexit situation, I will not be ordering any items, which is unfortunate as I had found an item that my mother particularly liked.”

“I didn't recieve one of the items, which was a shirt I wanted. I got an email to say that it had sold out. Being able to buy something that you don't have in stock should not be able to happen. It points to very bad web design as there are ways of preventing this, it should be one of the fundamental basics for an online shop not to be able to allocate stock that doesn't exist.”

“the first time since brexit. despite discount for vat, was it extra expensive. dhl charges extra because of prefinancing the custom costs. and weird fish has resized their products. it was always very comfortable to order at weird fish because after several orders i knew the size that fitted me. now i have two shirts that are to small. sending back to uk costs money so i gave them away. i have asked customersupport about the changes. they answerd i had to look on the site for size assistance. i also asked or the macaronis and sweaters were resized, but they gave no answer. and they also couldnt help me with the extra coast. everything is very disapointing. i order for years almost all my clothes at weird fish. this is the first time i think about quitting weird fish. why not realizing a continental weird fish online shopping service. brexit did not happen in a few days. grrr.”

“In my opinion Weird Fish has lost its mojo. The quality and sizing is definitely a huge problem for them now. I have been a fan of Weird Fish’s clothing for many years but my last purchase - which I returned the same day it arrived will be my last. Sorry Weird Fish but I don’t have any faith of your once reliable and consistent sizes and quality if your clothes.”

“Usually like Weird Fish clothing, but not the tops I returned. Very weird sizing one was too small and one was too big, both a size 14. Sent them back. Very disappointed with them. Put me off ordering anything else. Plus it’s supposed to be a free return but they took £2.50 of the original bill when returning the money to my account.”

“The clothing item was fine and fitted according to the very clever sizing chart system. But, I paid extra for the 48hr delivery. Trouble is it took 72hrs and didn’t arrive in time for me to wear the jacket for the occasion I had specifically ordered it for. It was only an extra £5 odd for the extra postage but won’t bother next time. No doubt Weird Fish will blame the carrier but I will still have paid for a service that didn’t receive.”

“3 T-shirts, same size, 2 way shorter than the other ones. Had to pay huge extra costs to import, because purchase was over €150,-. This wasn't mentioned anywhere. Lessons learned”

“I have always been a fan of Weird Fish clothing. First time buying on line - while the clothes were great, I had an issue putting in the 20% discount code advertised through FB. I immediately emailed 📧 Weird Fish on the back of their email confirmation from the MD to state I had this issue when placing the order but absolutely zeroresponse - note... the email clearly states to respond to the email with any queries. To me customer after care is extremely important when buying on line. Very disappointed with the aftercare.”

“Took too long to arrive 9 days Hermes were carrier Said it would be Wednesday Got message Thursday saying been a problem Later on Thursday told it would be Monday some 9 days after order. Irrelevant how good product is when delivery company lets you down”

“The t shirts I have bought previously from Weird |Fish have been of a much heavier better quality cotton. I appreciate the new ones are Organic Cotton but don't feel the quality is there as it was before.”

“I loved the look and feel of my Rathmore Recyled Polyester Graphic Hoody when it arrived. Unfortunately, it washed horrendously. Absolutely full of bits and have really struggled to remove them. Fortunately, I washed it separately, otherwise the whole wadb would have been affected.”
