Ordered 3 items: 2 were nothing like the photo, the third was supposed to be a pair of leggings but a tunic arrived instead

Great quality products but terrible delivery service. Paid the extra for express delivery due on the 31st of December, but still awaiting delivery on the 10th of January without any date confirmation of when the order may arrive

Excellent products but the courier company that they use hermes just dump your orders on your front door will not order anything else due to this as I had 1 order stolen from my front door and the other 2 orders chucked over my back gate

I ordered 2 fleeces from Weirdfish during their recent sale. On placing the order they said that it would take 5-10 working days to deliver. After ~15 working days they emailed to say that they were experiencing a high volume of demand and they would send the order by express courier within a few days. A few days came and went and still no delivery. Approximately a month after ordering I received an email to say that they could only send one of the items as the other was out of stock, eventually this item turned up ~ 1 month after ordering. Having checked other Weirdfish reviews after placing my order it seems commonplace that I have the same issues as a lot of other customers. The customer service for Weirdfish is awful, when trying to phone them they never answer. I will not be purchasing from Weirdfish again.

Ordered an item that was in stock at the time, messed up delivery and then when sorted went to re order it again and was out of stock. So no purchases made

I have been waiting a month for a refund on returned items. No response to my email to customer services. I will be requesting a charge-back from my credit card company.

I ordered 3 different items in November but they were not delivered, I was refunded for 2 of the items because they were no longer in stocks, the 3rd was going to be delivered but that never turned up, after 2 emails I have been refunded for it. This was the first time I had ordered from weird fish and after the hassle I have had will be the last. I think you need to change the delivery company you use.

Item ordered disappeared into a black hole with Hermes. Replacement item did exactly the same. After several unhappy emails and finally getting a refund, without an apology, it turned up so had to be refused. Will never order from here again

Very disappointed in Wierd Fish! Ordered 4 jumpers on Black Friday sale. told me they had been dispatched and they sent / showed me the Hermes evidence of posting and delivering all 4. They did not arrive CCTV evidence of no delivery no signature or photo of delivery to doorstep and were in at stated time of delivery. Managed to get through to customer services by e-mail eventually and they resent two of the jumpers then lied when I enquired about the other two jumpers they said they had a stock order problem on the website at time of order (Black Friday) and therefore they could not send or have sent the other two jumpers as they were never available - but they told me originally that all 4 had been dispatched and delivered via Hermes. One of those is a lie. When questioned about this got ignored! Very poor communication from Wierd Fish and still no response from them on my question. Hollow promises to a first-time customer.

It never arrived only an email to say it had been despatched. Waited stated time, due to Christmas period, then queried whereabouts. Lost in system and refunded. I’m concerned about any personal information that may have gone astray.

Very annoyed with this company , they are fast enough taking money out but it’s been over 2 weeks waiting for a refund on a item , it’s not even been traceable for returns to tracked ,

I had to return two orders - one was the dress I ordered on the wrong size, then I was sent a man's padded waistcoat - completely randomly. I have returned both, and still await refund. The warehouse must be mahem.

For the first time I am disappointed with Weird Fish delivery. I had ordered toiletires for chritmas presents. One contsainer had shattered and other items were saturated. I contact Wierd Fish, but have not had the damaged items replaced.

Slow service - I returned an order on 13 December and still haven’t received a credit, and another order on 17 Dec, for which they acknowledged receipt by email two days ago, but no refund as yet. Annoying when this amounts to £100.
