Ordered two jumpers, only one was received, no reason or apology was given until I emailed inquiring where the rest of my order was. Not very good customer service.

My last order was sent to someone else instead of me and I received someone else's items. When I emailed the company to inform them, they said thanks, please return the items for the other person and we will give your your money back as the items are not longer available! But surely my items would also be returned so they could of supplied them? One of the items was a gift so not happy as I had to rush to find a emplacement!

Items arrived late or not at all. Items missing and packaging of items all screwed up , holes and bags split, it was like I’d been to a jumble sale where all the clothing is screwed up! I took photos for evidence and sent them to wierd fish and I didn’t even get an apology. They promised me a code to get 30% off, this did NOT work . I wrote to them again and told them and they didn’t respond. One item was soiled, customer service said to just wash it !!… unbelievable!!.. I am going to write to trading standards as I’ve had 2 very bad experiences now and no apology or compensation, no acknowledgement of my complaint even with photos of evidence. I have spent about a thousand pounds with wierd fish and I expect better standards and customer service.

I was very disappointed with Weird Fish. I received someone elses order so tried ringing several times to report this. I then emailed but still haven't received a reply (2 weeks later) I eventually got through on the phone and was asked to take the wrong order to the post office. My order, presumably, had gone to the wrong address but I was told the clothes I'd ordered were now out of stock. I have received a refund but with no apology and now I'm asked to give a review!

As a first time Purchaser from Weirdfish, I am very disappointed on the quality of the Nikko Eco mitterns I ordered after one wear ( approx 1 hour),the lining has come away and the wool is unraveling. I sent an email with photos to Customer Services and one month later have still not heard anything. Will not recommend or purchase from them in the future.

The colour of the item I received was nothing like the colour potrayed on their website. Despite 2 emails they have failed to respond. Very poor service in my opinion.

First of all, it took a long time for the items to arrive. Then there was no option on the form to exchange the items, so I had to return them both. It then took a long time to get a refund. I will therefore not be buying from this company again.

Weird Fish sent completely the wrong items - likely this was a packaging error. I returned them with an explanation nearly a month ago. I had no reply to my online query and there has been no reply when I have phoned. I am £70 out of pocket and am still waiting to find out what is happening. Even with COVID and Christmas this is poor service

Very unimpressed. Ordered an item for my nephew for Christmas, that was sent straight to his address. When my sister opened the package it has someone else's order inside. She immediately contacted Weird Fish and has NEVER received a response. I will never be using Weird Fish ever again.
