“As I mentioned earlier in the survey, I ordered a large T-shirt but received an XL, which is too big for me. I was asked whether I preferred a refund or a large size, and I responded that I wanted to receive the correct size based on my measurements. I contacted the company via WhatsApp and email, but have not received a replacement. This has increased my concerns about the quality of your products and the management team.”

“The jacket that arrived was a great colour and looked well made. It does seem on the large side, unlike other makes of jacket of that type. However, ordering and delivery was very disappointing. My preferred delivery option, delivery in a couple of days, disappeared from view at check out. An option to collect locally was offered, but didn't say how long it would take. Having placed the order it then showed it would effectively take longer than standard delivery. After a phone call I was promised it had now changed to standard delivery but this was of course just a complete fabrication as I discovered the following week. Having had no notification of delivery I found my package had been languishing in the delivery location I had originally asked for! I don't think I'll be taking up the offer of future discounts unless WF sort out their delivery service.”
