“Very disappointed with the process. Evri said one minute I was going to receive the parcel that day, then in the same day said there was a delay. I had to wait a week before doing anything then as advised I contacted weird fish but it was Saturday so no one was there to pick up my email. Give them their due, they replied Monday morning saying it appears my parcel has been lost. They offered me a repeat order or a refund. Within 10 minutes I replied asking for a repeat order. Then they responded saying they have refunded me as some of the original items were no longer in stock! Why offer me the choice? I know they didn't lose the parcel but they could have sent me the items that were still in stock. I have given up now!”
