“An item from a recent purchase was missing. WF said I should have received an email saying the item was out of stock. I was unable to find the email. WF customer service were excellent and offered the same discount as I received for my multi purchase and postage free for the individual item. Very swift action, very well dealt by Karen at C.S . 5 stars from me .”
