“Weird Fish have been let down by EVRI delivery service. Otherwise their products are excellent & their customer care is excellent. Would definitely purchase from them in the future. My last delivery was left on an unknown doorstep & completely disappeared. Weird Fish kindly refunded to my payment method.”

“I ordered a green cardigan on the Debenhams website. However, the cardigan looked a lot better online than when I received it. I wasn't my style at all and had to return it. Big disappointment! Waste of time and money as £2.49 will be deducted from my refund.”

“Unfortunately my order was 'lost' between Weirdfish dispatch and Evri - a real shame as was looking forward to receiving the items. Has made me now very much hesitate to use Weirdfish again as trust is essential. When wrote to enquire about why had not recieved the itmes was offered a full refund which i will now have to do. Was informed if items arrived after a full refund would not be able to keep items so have waited but still no joy or any offer to resend the items. Disappointed.”

“Nice dress. I like the colour and pattern but sized too small - not enough material across waistline to hang nicely.”
