“The items were very good but the delivery was very poor. Despite having purchased many items online previously, I am reluctant to do so again. My reason is that I discovered the item under a bush in my garden!!! There had been no attempt to deliver it to my door as I have a camera positioned there. I sent an email to Customer Services and was told by automatic response that someone would be in touch. No one has to date. But now you are asking again and I am telling you again. Excellent product but terrible delivery service !”

“Delivery time good but returns refunds take much too long in comparison to other companies. You received a return from me on 27 April and I am still awaiting a refund. I know all about working days and bank holidays delaying things.”

“Delivery was very fast . Good jacket . Size as expected . Warm and looks good. Recycled material will probably pill quite easily . Main drawbacks are the far too small to take anything of importance side zip pocket and there is no coat hook . Shame”

“I suffered a severe rash around my neck after wearing the t shirts. I am not 100% that it is from the t shirts but there was stitching and a slightly different edging to the neck and sleves and I think this may have been an issue. But on the up side the fit and quality was good.”

“Up until recently I was a regular customer of weird fish. My last order the jumper was soaking wet when I opened it. The packaging was not damaged in any way so it was obviously packed that way. There was also black marks on the garment. When I phoned customer services tye response was, have you tried washing the garment. I also emailed to complain about the garment and the comments from customer services, but I got no reply or apology.”
