“Great company. Fast delivery and good communication. Love the style of their clothing......however bought a 'macaroni' hooded top recently and after having washed it carefully at 30 degrees on a delicate wash it is the second one of this type to have shrunk quite significantly - started off with a 12 ended up with a 10. Disappointing!”

“Item came quick, nothing wrong but didn’t suit me. I tried 2 sizes 2 orders. Took up to 2 weeks for refund. Once I had emailed to ask if they had received I had a reply to say refund was done. Only the refund was for the second return which only took 4 days for delivery return. Still hadn’t had a refund for the first. Contacted them and had the refund with an apologise straight away. Customer service really good otherwise.”

“Happy with my first order and communication, however for my second order, One of the two items didn’t arrive and there was just a note to say ‘out of stock’ It wasn’t out of stock when my order was confirmed and to be honest I would have cancelled the whole order if I’d known as the other item was just an add-on. Disappointed that there wasn’t better communication.”

“Nothing to comment on the website ordering/delivery or item purchsed. However I returned one item as per the instructions. 14 days later had heard nothing and had to phone to chase my refund. The customer services agent instantly found that my return had been received and actioned the refund, no explanantion or apology for the delay - I instantly got an email to confirm but will need to check I do actually get the money. I find it concerning that on-line companies can despatch orders so quickly but fail to process refunds promptly.”

“Ordered 3 items. One of the items (a dress) was too small despite being the same size as the other two items. I have returned the dress two weeks ago and I am still waiting for the refund. I have contacted customer service who have confirmed my item has been received but I still have to wait for a refund. I returned an item back to White Stuff on the same day and received my refund within a week. Whilst I understand your returns policy is clearly written on the website I feel that waiting this long for a refund is unacceptable. I like Weird Fish clothing but this policy has put me off ordering in the future. Incidentally, I ordered off the Next website as well whilst I I understand their set up is different as they have stores throughout the UK I received my refund within 24 hours.”
