“Sadly, the XXL jacket I ordered was unlined, poorly tailored with obvious extended cut and not of the standard of the old jacket I'd hoped to replace. Returned it immediately.”

“Sizes all over the place, ordered a size 10 for one garment and received a size 18! Another size 10, a t shirt was far too big and a size 10 sweatshirt barely fitted me 🙁”

“I returned the items as they were not suitable and the sizing was really odd? The items were delivered back via Royal Mail on the 31st March and as yet I have not received any notification to advise me of the refund. Very dissapointed”

“I ended up asking for a refund (which is still yet to show in my account) as Hermes were unable to deliver. Why not? Lord only knows. Checking the Internet for reviews on WF & Hermes l found through reviews that Hermes continuously let you down!”

“I have always really liked the Weird Fish style since I bought my first WF T-Shirt some years ago. I really like the products I have bought recently and the fit was very good. So I will be keeping both. However I am a little concerned about the material used. I had always, naively perhaps, imagined that WF products were made from cotton. This is not really something I would normally have checked in the past. However I note that the TShirt I bought was 60% cotton 40% polyester, whereas the fleece was 88% polyester and 12% viscose. As I understand it polyester is a type of plastic and can shed micro strands in the wash and in wear. I also understand that these pass into the air we breathe and the water we drink. I am not sure that, however much I like the style and fit, I would be encouraged to purchase fabrics of this kind in the future. I tried not to fill the ratings on this site but was unable to. If it were simply a question of style and fit the star rating would be 5 and the liklihood of recommending your product to a friend certainly above 8. However if the criteria were environmental we would probably be talking about 2 star and less than 2 on the recommendation scale. You should understand that I am not any kind of 'eco-warrior', just someone who has become increasingly aware over the past few years of the damage we are doing to our environment through thoughtless production and purchases.
