“Usually love weird fish but the fit on this item was all off. Really long arms and tight on the torso. Very odd. Quick refund though”

“The items I ordered were very long in length so I had to return them. I have not even received an acknowledgement that my good have been received never mind refunded! Most other organisations have a much speedier process! I will not be buying from Weird Fish again!”

“WF clothes are generally well designed and pretty good quality. However, let down by variable quality. My website experience wasn't great. I recently bought various clothes for myself and my family (there are 5 of us) and expecting the discount which was advertised on the website. I clicked on that code - but it wasn't applied at checkout (which i didn't spot at the time) and could only be applied to subsequent purchases made in the following 7 days. I found this misleading and somewhat disingenuous also very disappointing. I emailed the CEO shortly after that and did not receive a response. Disappointing.”

“This was the first item I had ordered and was very disappointed. The stitching at the back of the top had come loose. I returned the item, but there was nowhere on the form to say why it was faulty and no where to ask for a replacement.”

“Very disappointed with the quality of the material. Not as thick as the others I have but the main complaint was that it looked as though it had been washed and washed. It looked faded and a bit tatty. Returned them both. Hope the quality isn't beinseg reduced to lower price. Would rather pay more and have the usual good quality.”

“Very disappointed and a bit shocked with how the item was packed and delivered ! I opened the parcel to find the blk fleece wasnt even folded up, stuffed in a bag which wasn't sealed , I hung it up and removed a bit fluff and small hairs , it looked better after it was hung for a couple of days , it was a present for my hubby , I expected much more”

“Hi, I am quite disappointed ( for the first time ever!) as I bought two shirts from you, my usual size xxl, but find they are smaller than usual - in fact I put one on top of another of your shirts I have had for a while and found it was three inches shorter!!! So, unfortunately I cannot wear it. Waste of money and, have to say, very unusual for Weirdfish. Andrew Glanville”
