“I purchased a sweater and paid for express delivery but the wrong item was delivered and it took four working days to arrive by which time the sweater I wanted had gone out of stock. Customer service were helpful and refunded in full but I didn’t get the item I wanted and had to go elsewhere for a replacement.”

“Love the brand, excellent quality. Always my go to place for clothes, in particular your tunic tops. Only reason I didn't give a 5* is that the sizes are getting smaller. As in I have a number size 14 tunics that I still wear and they fit the same as always but now I have to buy a size 16 for the same fit.”
