“The products were fine, when I eventually got them. There was a mix-up over the order and over my name. The first delivery had someone else’s order, to my address but with someone else’s name. To be fair, the order was quickly corrected, but, despite using my email, Weird Fish persisted in using another person’s name, at my address. This did not fill me with a great deal of confidence about their administrative organisation.”
