“The only issue I have with wired fish is that they returned an item I returned to them, luckily I still had the QR code & have sent it back again but have not received confirmation that you have received the item nor a refund. Mrs M Robbie”

“I ordered 2 tops from Debenhams in different sizes. I kept the larger and returned it on 8/5/25. Royal Mail tracking says it was reoceived on 11/5/25. I have e mailed Debenhams about a refund but have had no reply. Do you deal with the refund? No idea what's going on.”

“Ordered two items online and they arrived quickly and well packaged, Quality is very good, sadly I had to return one shirt as it did not quite fit. I found the returns procedure first class easy to follow instructions and postage paid. Excellent service and look forward to further purchasing.”

“Bought two t shirts, one black, one light green. Black one washed ok, light green one went baggy around the neck, also looks washed out, and marked. Heading for the charity bag. To be fair, black one is a little bit too baggy around the neck for me, but ok.”
