“Sadly the dress took a long time to arrive. Looking at the tracking it stayed in the same place for nearly a week. Weird Fish acted and refunded the p&p. Very pleased with dress when it arrived. Have purchased a couple of similar ones previously and receive favourable comments.”

“My recent purchase was an awful experience. My initial order went missing between "dispatch" & the courier receiving the parcel. After waiting a week to see if my purchases re-appeared,some of my choices were no longer available when my second selection was placed. When this order was delivered, I received a selection of female clothing, followed by another delivery of woman's clothing a few days later. When I made my third choice for this order, more of my original selection was "no longer available". This order did arrive as it should have. The only positive experience I had during this disappointing event was, a very helpful person called Karen in customer services.Thank you Karen. Worn down customer, Brian Buick (male)”

“Dress I wanted was sold out on-line, so I was delighted to find it in Gloucester Quays store. Fitted really well and worn several times. Red cardigan purchased on-line is lovely & cosy and a good fit, but haven't worn it much yet.”

“I am satisfied with the dress i purchased, its comfortable, i woukd say that the pockets could be deeper, i keep my phone in my pocket and if I bend over it falls out. I did not have a reason to contact customer service. I ordered online and received the order promptly.”

“I have a number of Weird Fish clothes - 3 sweaters, 2 dresses and a skirt plus my husband has 3 sweatshirts and 2 T.shirts ( some purchsed online and others through retail outlets).We are very pleased with the quality and fit. We do find things quite expensive so we mostly shop in the sales which make the clothes a very good buy. The styles suit us well too as we like to dress 'smart casual'. The orders are despatched quickly and on the odd occasion the size is wrong they are very good at exchanging for another size. excellent customer service. we will keep using them.”
