“Products that were delivered were fine, but 1/3 of my order was not delivered and no explanation given. I had to enquire, to find out it was a 'stock issue and no money was taken', but no apology was given either. The email said they'd check and confirm if the missing product was in stock, and that never happened.”

“I have purchased the Tallahassee dresses for some years and am very disappointed that the button back has been omitted this year, cost cutting no doubt but a cost cut too far, hopefully it will be back next year as it’s a lovely detail sadly missed. I have kept the Arona because I liked the fabric pattern but returned the second one ordered at the same time because of this as it’s now just yet another shift dress. Also skimped on fabric this year. I’ve had to lower the hem as it’s shorter than my older ones. From now on the pattern/colour will need to be pretty special for me to order more.”
