“Service was good but the colour of the item was not as depicted on the website, therefore I had to return it. Also, on another order, I ordered a Size 10 and was sent a Size 16. It said 10 on the label but the size on the garment was 16. It had been labelled up wrongly. Therefore I have only given Wierd Fish 3 stars.”

“Parcel never arrived, took days to reply to sort the tracking issue. Re issues and sorted replacement parcel but some items had since gone out of stock- which wasn’t a problem but then they messed up the refund and I had to ask 3 times for it to be corrected. The items themselves are lovely but the customer support teams knowledge was a bit lacking. Whilst it did get sorted and I got my refund and the new replacement items arrived in good time, I would be hesitant to place a large order again from their online sale.”

“The products I have purchased from Weird fish has been excellent and very good Quality. However my last purchase two weeks ago, has still not arrived on my doorstep!! I have tried to contact weird fish regarding delivery to no avail. You cannot contact them telephone and I have sent them an email but no contact has been made yet. I also tried to contact the carrier Hermes and you cannot contact them by telephone but you by chat line but they couldn’t resolve the problem. Please sent this to them and ask them to contact me please.”

“I chose a reduced coat in the sale, seemed a good purchase. Delivery timely and the item arrived in good condition. The coat itself was small for large label, quality not what I expected even for a sale item. Coat has been returned awaiting a refund.”

“Great quality material, feel is good. Only problem is the body of the top is too short and skirt joins it way above the waist. Looks like a maternity dress on me and I’m only a size 10. I’ll alter it myself to suit and it’ll be ok with pumps.”
