“Dress arrived obviously been sent out before taped up badly, didn't look like pictures on Web probably why returned before. Won't be wearing can't be bothered to return so will head to nearest charity shop shortly”

“The item arrived very promptly but I have to say I prefer ordering directly rather that through Debenhams. That experience was far from enjoyable. Unfortunately I had to return the item and that process was easy and straightforward. However although I returned on the 2nd Jan, I'm still to receive a refund. Written on the 14th Jan”

“Been a customer for 25 years my wardrobe is full of your clothing but the quality has been declining for sometime you have now hit rock bottom. whoever does your sizing needs to find another job, it has become a lottery whether your cloths will fit. Hope it gets sorted.”
