“I only awarded 4 stars because I was sent the wrong items. However, you only dropped one star because I contacted you using the online chat facility. The problem was dealt with immediately and I received the correct items the following afternoon. I was delighted with both items and kept them both. In fact, I am wearing one of the tops as I type!”

“I had to return an item due to you sending me the incorrect size - i ordered a dress, size 18 but you sent me a size 10. This was part of a 4 item order. Whilst I am pleased with the items I purchased and found the return system to be positive I am not happy that I would now have to pay for shipping if I want a replacement dress in the size I specifically ordered.it was your mistake that I received the wrong item and I see no reason that I should have to pay for shipping for the correct item I originally purchased.”

“Returned item. Everything so easy to return. Really like the item when I saw it on line. Unfortunately when arrived just didn’t suit me. Plus the sleeves were too long. Otherwise really good quality and gutted it didn’t suit me.”
