“Bought as a replacement the favourite but now faded macaroni cardigan I bought about seven years ago. I was very disappointed to find that the updated version is a shapeless fit and far inferior in quality. I don't think it's even worth the sale price. Sadly returned.”

“Weird Fish replaced a pair of trousers free of charge that had been lost/stolen by EVRI. Customer service from them has been excellent for an issue not of their making. Completely opposite to the response of the carrier. The item I received is perfect and I am very grateful for their efforts to resolve this.”

“Very helpful customer care service. I inadvertently ordered the wrong size shirt and returned it as per instructions. I then ordered the correct size but it was more expensive so rang customer care and they refunded the difference. Then for some unknown reason the courier company returned it to Weird Fish. I rang customer care again and they sent it out express delivery.”

“I'm very pleased with the cropped trousers I purchased, well made, true to size, very comfortable and speedily delivered. They are a great price in the sale but I would prefer a more neutral colour than the oyster.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of shorts for my husbands holiday . Blue ones he really wanted . The red ones came and no blue . Spoke to chat line and they said blue out of stock . I will not be charged . They were in stock when ordered on line so very disappointed to say the least .”
