“Free returns: If the seller offers a "free returns" policy, they should refund the original postage as well as cover the return shipping cost. The policy should state that the original delivery cost is refunded along with the cost of the goods. £3.95 was deducted from the amount I paid and when I questioned this I was told this was correct? Please clarify as according to the above statement it was not correct”

“First parcel arrived promptly, but didn’t contain my items. The second parcel did, but I had the hassle of taking the first parcel to the post office. I liked the items, but you lost points on the initial error”

“Lovely puffer jacket which arrived quickly and was good value. My only criticism is that the dark green inner colour shows through on all the seams making the paler colour of the coat look as if it’s dirty.”
