“Bought an Errill and a Newark fleece in large via Debenhams. The Newark is fabulous. The Errill was far too small. Returned the Errill via Debenhams, as they don't do replacements...still chasing the refund after 2 wks and have been just been asked for proof of posting. A real shame as I just want a fleece that is the size it is advertised.”

“Always straight forward ordering. I’ve recently had a lovely green dress for Christmas, material & length was just right for me as I’m 5.3 so just on my knee, I'm a size 14 which is just right but jumpers I order a 12 they I find are more generous on size. Always pleased with what I’ve odered . Many thanks to weird fish .”
