“Lovely clothes, but returns were a faff (happy to take your cash as a guest, but not happy to refund without an account!) and a bit frustrting considering I did use the sizing chart and a tape measure, but sometimes it's just the way it is. However refund was prompt despite having to get customer services in a headlock on FB to get them to send me a QR code as I refused to set up an account.”
