“I purchased the Hellen crepe shirt dress in bitter chocolate and was so pleased with it I then ordered the same dress in True blue but unfotunately it was not the same in measurements , the waist was higher, the width of the dress was smaller and it was shorter in length, so dissappointed .”

“I have purchased many items from WF in the past and always had excellent service. Sadly my latest order was split without notification. As I had selected express delivery, I needed the items quite quickly as they were for gifts. I contacted the customer service team who were extremely apologetic, and managed to arrange the outstanding item to be delivered the next day. The delay resulted in the final missing item being delivered 2 days laterthan expected.”
