“I ordered 2 tops. Both delivered at same time, one correct but other wrong size and wrong colour. Incorrect one returned 10 days ago. No refund as yet.”

“I used to be able to get a 2 XL to fit my boyfriend (his weight and shape hasn’t changed) He is 6’8 but the last couple orders I had to send back as they didn’t fit him. Really disappointed and am unlikely to order again. I don’t know if the sizing has changed for 2XL , but I used to be able to get his sizes in this brand.”

“Unfortunately I missed the emails saying that the postman tried to deliver my items and Royal Mail didn't leave a card. I am really sorry to have missed my parcel which has been returned to Weird Fish and I have been refunded.”

“Used to be really good quality and fit, but both quality and fit of T-shirts in particular have deteriorated significantly over the past couple of years. T-shirts are now very thin and flimsy and the sizes are completely off. Buying the same XL size shirt they are now a full 100mm narrower than previously. I've had to send the last 4 items purchased back due to poor fit.”

“Jumpers I ordered far too big. Always difficult to get right depending on company. Sizes vary from shop to shop and unreliable. I ordered both 18 and 20 both too big but decided to keep 18 as can wear outside and I do like it”

“Dec 22 & Jan 23 we ordered from the Weir Fish Ebay shop and direct from their website. I have ordered one from each and my wife direct from the website. All three occasions, stock was delivered late. All occasions we only found out about out of stock items on our orders on the day of delivery. My wife’s order didn’t arrive after 10 days and so we had to complain, found to be lost by the currier and so got our money back. Wouldn’t be so bad if these were not gifs (clearly some for us as well). My aunt buys me Weird fish every year, she experiences similar issues (I thought it was just her). I love the brand, the quality of the products and ethos. However serious work to do on e-commerce and distribution.”

“I would recommend this company to everyone. The issue is that the limited stocks & no option (notify me) automatically if the size or colour is out of stock. This is why 3, not 5 stars.”

“It is a good quality product. But very strange sizes. I ordered a 12 . It came labelled a 12 but in reality was a 10. I am a size 10 and wear size 10 all the time but this time wanted something a bit looser... which it wasn't.”
