“The item arrived very promptly but I have to say I prefer ordering directly rather that through Debenhams. That experience was far from enjoyable. Unfortunately I had to return the item and that process was easy and straightforward. However although I returned on the 2nd Jan, I'm still to receive a refund. Written on the 14th Jan”

“Been a customer for 25 years my wardrobe is full of your clothing but the quality has been declining for sometime you have now hit rock bottom. whoever does your sizing needs to find another job, it has become a lottery whether your cloths will fit. Hope it gets sorted.”

“I don't have the dress as it's not been delivered I ordered it days ago and received an email saying to expect it on the 2nd Jan which didn't happen .I would like to hear what is happening to the dress I've paid for and the delivery charges it's so annoying that no one's been in touch to let me know.”
