“The item that I ordered was too big so I wanted to return the item the only way I could return it was through the prepaid service which will be deducted from my return €20 is way too expensive for a return if I had know this I wouldn’t have ordered it in the smaller size could you explain to me what’s the €20 charge for if I posted it the normal way it wouldn’t have cost me half of that”

“Love the jumper styles. A bit disappointed that the 8 (the size I always buy) came up short on the arms. I kept the deep teal one which was a Small but then had to accept a bagginess on the body to get the correct arm length.”
