“The dress and tights I brought we quite acceptable. I like your clothes as they are always good quality and well made. Unfortunately, I am now awaiting a firther order which I placed with you on 23rd November. Evry have been saying for days that they are expecting my parcel, but I received an email from you to say it had only just despatched. I think 6 days plus is a really long time to take to deliver an item in this day and age. You advised that I would receive it by 29th November. I thought it would have arrived before that., in this day and age. Evri tracking are still saying that they expect my parcel. I was hoping to get these items by this weekend, but at this rate it's now looking as if it may not arrive until after the weekend now. Can you please advise why there is such a delay? My order number is 4782446.”

“Very easy to deal with, very efficient and clear in how to do returns etc. BUT problems with yr sizing: 20 far too large, v long sleeves 18 skimpy, again with v long sleeves almost to my finger tips. Had to return that one as well. Also would have preferred it having side pockets. I hope you find this feedback useful”

“The pictures are remarkable on the Weirdfish website. They make you consider how you would like to look. The sales are across your whole range and the postage is fast and careful. The sizing is excellent and I never resort to tape measures. I know at the beginning that all your clothes fit. Your comments under the items are helpful and the fleeces which I have purchased have been of excellent material and quality even after washing. My ironing has virtually disappeared! I notice that you always comment to consider a sale even when I have left something in the purchase bag. Well done for making such a thoughtful website. Sincerely, A.L.H.”

“I can't give this outlet a higher rating, because I never saw the product. The courier Evri did not have a collection locker at the place it offered when I made the purchase. The tracking emails showed the fleece I'd purchased going backwards and forwards between arrived at depot and out for delivery. The customer service at Evri is entirely automated, the chat bot never addressed the issue abd my request for a phone call twice never happened. A day after Weird Fish customer services actioned a full refund, I had another email from Evri telling me to collect my parcel, but a 2nd visit to Thoroe Mill House co-opm this tome engaging time & attention of 2 numbers of staff who even tried the Amazon lockers for me, I went home again reply handy to await my refund. I have awarded 1 star for getting the refund. Really disappointed, and still wondering what on earth Evri did with the Weird Fish fleece.”

“Bought four different tops online. All very good quality but two were way out on sizing and had to return to local shop 15 miles away and had the same issue there but eventually sorted after trying more to get the right fit.”
