“Website was easy to use as usual. Item was dispatched promptly and arrived within a few days well packaged. My only issue is that the jeans come in one length which is too long for me so required turning up. Would be nice to have a few different lengths.”

“I ordered 2 items and got an email to say one was out of stock and you would refund me for it. Then an email to say the other had been dispatched. After 10 days when it didn’t arrive I was then told it was lost and I will get another refund. Totally fed up”
