“Keep asking me to provide a review, even though the items didn't arrive. Took payment, received tracking information to say items had been dispatched. Chased when items didn't arrive and received refund for items as not in stock, but not postage. Chased again and received refund for postage.”

“I was very sorry to return this dress as the fit and style were lovely but unfortunately the colour was not what I was expecting. According to my screen it was navy blue with wine and tan coloured designs on it but actually it was almost black and the designs were pinkish red and orange. The service for delivery and return was very efficient and easy.”

“On the two occasions I’ve ordered something I’ve had troubles with the item getting lost. The refund has been prompt but I’d rather have had my item. I will therefore not order again which is a shame but I don’t want the disappointment again”

“Like most clothing companies, WF assume that if you are tall you must also be fat: jeans that fit my waist are often not long enough for my legs; t-shirts that fit my shoulders are so baggy I could fit another person in them; jumpers that fit my chest show my belly (I look ike I'm wearing a crop top), shirts that are the correct size for my torso have sleeves 2 or 3 inches too short. Slim fit or long leg/sleeve options would be helpful.”
