“I love the item I bought but have to score low as unfortunately the courier let the service down. I had to chase up my parcel which was mislaid and tracking wasn’t being updated. It’s not the first time I’ve had a problem with this courier, it would be great if you could choose an alternative company when ordering.”

“Ordered two items. Both arrived promptly. I am happy with the jumper, nice colour and fits really well. I returned the dress on 19th November almost 2 weeks ago and no sign of a refund yet.... Liked the pattern and colours of the dress, but it does not fit at all. The top part fits well, but the bottom part is very large and more voluminous than in the photos.”

“I really like the tops I bought. The quarter zip ones are so soft. The hoodie and fleece are a little short but so am I so all good. I loved the first 3 tops so I bought more in the same sale. They arrived within a couple of days which is impressive. I would have loved a zip pocket in the fleece jacket or padded hoodie and would have bought more if I could have found a zip pocket.”

“Sweatshirt is long. Small size looked like a mini dress on me (male), but medium was OK. Sleeves are ridiculously long. I will cut and hem. Despite the above nice garment, especially the colour and I have bought.”
