“I ordered 3 items and I got two I ordered the other one was not what I ordered and sent it back. I was a bit disappointed as the item I wanted was reordered but did not come in time for a birthday present. Your customer service was excellent the girl was so helpful”

“Bought a reversible Snood. Didn't think I'd like it, but it's great. Snuggly and keeps the wind out of your neck. Delivery was really good too. Maybe a bit expensive but the discount helped.”

“I have not received my items, I was told they had been dispatched on the 24th November and should reach me by 28th it's now 8th December. Royal Mail tracking says Wierdfish had told them they had been dispatched to them on 24th but according to tracking they haven't reached them yet. I am most upset about the fact that I have written emails twice to Wierdfish to request clarification with no reply.”

“Although the items I received were fine for the most part, I had to return several items in two separate orders for various reasons. I’m not too impressed with the returns process at present. I keep looking at my account on the website, but for the last two weeks it has just said ‘processing’! Nothing about how far down the ‘processing’ line my parcels are, or even whether they have been received by you from Royal Mail!”
