“Although I have previously purchased many weird fish products in stores, this was the first time I have ordered from their website. I found the ordering process simple and efficient and my order was received quickly. I have always liked their garments which fit well and are excellent quality. Excellent service all round, I would be more than happy to order from them again.”

“It wasn't very positive. I bought a t-shirt, but the one size they were out of (10)was the one I was thinking of buying. The one I sent for in the end, an 8, was too small, and the fabric was thin, too clingy and therefore not at all flattering, so I had to return it. That was easy enough. What I really didn't like was a sneaky postage charge (£6 for express delivery!) was added to my order, when it wasn't even shown in the options! I had clicked the normal, cheaper rate button. I complained and they reduced it so that it was the normal rate, but the customer services were sucking their teeth over it - telling me they would refund the difference "this time"- as if I am pulling a fast one! Not an appropriate way to deal with what was actually their own mistake. Not inclined to bother with them much in future. The stuff offered isn't as nice as it used to be either. I've cooled off quite a bit with this company.”
