“Generally easy on-line ordering. Delivery good and timely but do not exchange items. I had to return and reorder just to get smaller size in items I really liked. If I did that, then I could not benefit from free p&p and also use promotion code I had used on original order without actively pursuing this and reclaiming it back, which would have been laborious. Hence I returned my items and did not reorder which was disappointing.”

“I really love this cotton sweater - the waffle texture is great. But it has to be said that it's a bit flimsy - I have three of the exact same model, and two of them ripped very slightly at the neck when I pushed my head through. So I treat this one very gingerly, and it's been fine so far. I guess it shows how much I like it that I was prepared to buy another even knowing it's not the most robust. I also have a couple of the macaroni knits, also old favourites.”

“My purchase was perfect & I have enjoyed wearing them. However I would recommend that Evri is a very bad choice for transport. My purchase was over a week late arriving from when it was first out for delivery & missed the actual occasion that the trousers were bought for.”
