The Cruiser sweatshirt arrived promptly on 14/5/20, however, it was too big so I returned it the same day and filled in the exchange leaflet, enclosed, for a smaller size. It’s now 27/5/20 and I still haven’t had acknowledgement of the return But I’m still getting “30% and 20% off” marketing emails, on a regular basis.
