This is the second time I have needed to return items and the second time I’ve had a problem. I returned an item which was delivered by post office over a week ago. A replacement size was ordered which was and still is in stock. No confirmation email and today the credit is back in my account with no explanation as to why they didn’t send the alternative size. Now I will have to reorder at a higher price as discount code no longer available
