Sadly never recieved my item. Paid next day delivery. Didnt arrive contacted customer service they refunded my delivery charge. A week later still no update on delivery. Contacted customer service again they looked it up to find that the parcel has gone missing with Hermes. The cherry on top of the cake they have no more of the product in stock. I've put a 3 as customer service advisors were lovely and helpful which may sway me to order again in the future. So frustrating!!
