Items arrived on time. Did not fit so sent back for exchange to different sizes. Nothing for 2 weeks. Phone up, told that money had been refunded so I ordered new sizes. Clothes arrived and fit well! Get card statement and have two deductions but no refund. Phone again. Someone will phone next week! Now have received one item as exchange probably which I don’t need and still no refund. Summary. Clothes good processes rubbish!
