I was starting to like this brand, buying a few fleeces this year - but they're let down by their customer service.
I ordered an item over 2 weeks ago, then it went on sale before being dispatched. It has been available at half price since buying and prior to dispatch. I have phoned once and emailed twice, naturally asking if there would be a par refund, or whether i should cancel and reorder.
Here I am 2 weeks later having paid full price, and not a response in sight.
Poor show guys!
