Very easy placing the order, and when the gents sweatshirt arrived, the quality was excellent. Unfortunately, it was far loo large, and too long for my husband, and had to be returned. Return service was very straightforward and the refund was made promptly. Although this order was unsuccessful, I have ordered several garments for myself at other times, and been very satisfied.
