Out of only 2 orders ever placed with Weird Fish, they have both had items cancelled. I understand stock levels can sometimes take time to update but if this is the case then surely Weird Fish could have the courtesy to email me and say that this item has been cancelled, but oh no that would be the polite and best customer service and Weird Fish obviously can't be bothered with that. I did order one other item but otherwise I would have paid P&P for absolutely nothing and because WF don't treat their customers courteously but expect them to guess they have cancelled an item/s and be glued to their WF I wouldn't have known. As it is, they didn't bother emailing order confirmation and the only evidence I had was from my payment provider and having to take time to log in. Unfortunately my son, who is autistic, loves WF clothing and stupidly after having said after the 1st time I wouldn't shop with them again when this happened, I did and disappointed all over again by their attitude to customers!!!
