Poor service on this occasion. I responded to an offer notification which said that delivery would be after Christmas so I placed an order as the delivery suited my Christmas movements. However the order was despatched and a delivery attempted prior to Christmas when I was away, hence wanting the later delivery. When notified of the intended delivery I tried to cancel but was unable to because it had gone to despatch.!! So the outcome was my order being left on the doorstep of a vacant property. To compound the problem Weird Fish issued an additional discount offer very soon after my order being placed. Despite raising this with them I have not yet received the credit of the additional discount I was promised. I hope this isn’t the start of of reduced service levels.
