The goods are not your problem...The variation in size purporting to be the same size. ...three shirts can all be ordered as say XL, when tried on only one can fit, one can be too tight and another can be hanging off your shoulders. No problem getting a refund...but you don't get your postage charges back!! Really needs sorting out throughout the clothing retailers. People have to order several sizes of the same shirt...and that can be a large outlay until you get your refund that can take up to 14 days .
