Followed the sizing instructions on the website as so many clothes now are not all the same, Package arrived, completely the wrong order, had to send back and they were good in immediately sending the right items however the sizes were way out, like tents, had to return however this time they wouldn’t just replace I had to cancel the order and do a fresh order, only after I would have purchased another new order would they add discounts etc, bearing in mind I’d already paid near £300 and not got a refund, so I’d be out of pocket for weeks, double orders, gave them the choice, replace my order or refund, they chose refund, 2 was later, still waiting for my refund, would never by online from them again, they get a 2 for the fact I would buy in a store where I can try on
