The original purchase some of the stitching was damaged when opened the item was returned on the 15/09 emailed your company Joanna Edwards replied with in an hour and the again explaining what options we’re available spoken to Karen on the phone later that day the new jacket was received today both of your staff provided excellent customer service please pass on my thanks to them
