I ordered a t-shirt and to make the most of the postage cost, a pair of tights. The order arrived minus the t-shirt, which was the item I really wanted. I wasn't offered the opportunity to order a different t-shirt (for my son's birthday) and would not have ordered just a pair of tights with the postage costs. Disappointed with this. Would think hard before ordering Weird Fish online again because of this.

Ad a company Weird Fish is great but while they keep using Evri for their deliveries I will no longer order from them.

Ordered the Benbrook Eco Stripe Rib Scarf Shale, but the wrong colour arrived. Couldn't be bothered to go through all the hassle of returning and reordering though.

Have been a customer of Weird Fish for many years and never had any issues but this time we received the wrong items and an additional parcel that was addressed to us but the delivery note was for someone else. Returned the goods 2 weeks before Christmas and have heard nothing. Hopefully this is a 'one off' due to the Christmas rush but am now wary of ordering again.

I do not have any problem with top I bought but delivery by Evri was atrocious. I like the product but not delivery time. A pity as I don't think I will order anything else.

Fabric colours and designs good. However I find the sizing and styles unpredictable. The necklines on the garments have tended to not sit flat on the neckline, they are too wide on the collar bone . Overall my usual size of a 14 is too tight and short. It's a shame as the quality is good but maybe I'm just the wrong shape for the designers !

Sent back: it was longer than I had hoped, I'm 5ft 4in, and pretty baggy. Fabric seemed poorer quality than my previous purchases.

Disappointed. Did not receive as I believe Everi let you down on delivery of order, despatched to them 5/12/2022 still no sign but you gave refunded. Second problem for me due to Everi/Parcels to go

I ordered 2 fleece tops for Christmas presents. I was emailed to say that would arrive on a certain day during a 2 hour delivery slot. The delivery would be made by EVRI. Sure enough the parcel was delivered but on opening my order I find that I had a Lavazza Milk Frother and not my Weird Fish Jumpers. Can you believe it!!! The address label on the parcel was addressed to me and was from Weird Fish but on closer inspection it was clear to see that my address label had been stuck over someone elses. Trying to contact Weird Fish about this extraordinary event was not easy as it doesn't fit into normal Customer Service tick box answers. Nevertheless I have received a refund but lord knows what happened to my order or how I managed to receive a milk Frother - WEIRD!!!

We have still not received goods from Hermes. Purchased 2nd Dec. They keep promising delivery but othing arrives. Please advise. Keith Beck

I placed and paid for an order. It didn’t arrive so I contacted customer services. They stated they would look into it. Another period of time elapsed with no sign of my order. I again contacted customer services. They responded stating they were going to refund me. They further stated if goods arrived to return them. As I wanted my order I stated if my order eventually arrived I would resend monies. I was advised that once a customer has been refunded you cannot resend money. How ridiculous!!

I was very unpleasantly surprised as I had to pay an extra €14,80 as I collected the Item at the post office. I had not noticed any warning at the check out as I purchased the Sweater for my wife as a Christmas Present.
