“Terrible experience ordered for a birthday present nothing arrived chased it up and was told oh it's gone missing we can re order, was extremely disappointed with the whole experience. I was asked which courier I preferred I chose evri you sent royal mail tracking. No problem with the refund thankfully.”

“Very disappointed that when I returned an item that was too big, I did not receive a refund for the full amount. Unlike my experience with other retailers Weird Fish do not refund your original postage costs.”

“Wrote to them explaining why i was unhappy with the cut of their tunic, they offered a refund if the garment had not been worn, (it had, thats how i found out it was a crappy fit.) They then said they had had no other complaints. Well I was complaining. That doesnt make me wrong! If they cannot be bothered to correctly size up the garments, i cannot be bothered to pay their premium prices.”

“Weird sizings and very slow refund. I'm normally a 3 xl but everything was too small. Waited ages for a refund too. Would not recommend online shopping with Weird Fish.”
