“I ordered a full zip and a half zip fleece, both size Large but the half zip fleece was both damaged with a pulled thread and a completely different fit. I will use the full zip fleece but will be returning the faulty item for refund or exchange. I’ve bought many Weird Fish products before and not had any problems until now.”

“Slightly quirky brand who are getting more "me too" as they scale. Understandable but sad. Quirky should be able to be distinctive AND high quality - not OR. Still produces great pieces despite whatever private equity might push them to.”

“Great service from Weird Fish, with fast delivery and a wide variety of quality, colourful clothing/accessories to choose from. Customer service is always obliging. The only thing I would recommend, is having a 'Cancel' option online, if you have made a mistake with an order. I recently made a mistake, on an order I had put through during the weekend, but could not cancel it as there is no customer service available at weekends. A cancel option would have been ideal, as this is something which is available on sites such as Next and M&S and where you have a limited time to cancel your order.”
