Having received my parcel very promptly, I was very disappointed to fined the dress had been wrongly sized, size 12 ordered but the dress measured 58cm across the bust, this had clearly not been checked when finished. I have received £20 refund, the total cost to me was £23.95, I feel the full amount should have been refunded as this is clearly a manufactures error! J A Camp

I had to cancel my order and ended up getting a refund due to the item being lost during distribution. Had a email saying it was dispatched but had no update after the 8th December 2023. Rang on the 22nd to see what was going on and was advised it had been lost but no contact to say that was the case. Really poor customer service would never use them again as I ended up rushing around last minute to buy a replacement present just before Xmas.

Twice in as many months I have ordered items off their website only to find out subsequently that the items they allowed me to order, were no longer in stock. They didn't even have the courtesy to let me know. I only found out, each time, when I queried why they weren't being delivered. Terrible company. Keep clear.

Purchased a fleece for my son ,when opened this morning, label says extra large which I ordered but the garment is sized at medium so too small so having to return and no more available, very disappointed as son lives away.

Bought a hoodie which took ages to come and sent it back 6th Dec now 24th and still waiting for refund, they have had it since 12th. Won't use mail order again.

Really disappointed with the after service I am still waiting for my refund it’s nearly over a month since I ordered the skirts and I returned them next day! I am about to phone up again chasing refund!

Me and my husband have bought lots of weird fish sweatshirts over the years and I picked this one so didn’t even bother looking at it. I knew that my husband would like it took it out of its packaging in order to wrap it for Christmas and noticed it had a fault right on the front of it, I have returned it, but I haven’t heard a thing from the company so I have had to go out and purchase something else

I recently purchased an item at a reduced price which I was reasonably happy with, 11 days later the item was further reduced by more than £10 when I corresponded with weird fish with regards to the quick reduction I was basically told TOUGH, we’ll change our prices when we want, I find this a form of sharp practice, some retails offer credit notes for the amount of reduction if it occurs within a 28 day period, and to be honest I was quite prepared to pay the full price of the item, the initial reduction was a bonus, the further reduction was an insult

I do a fair bit of shopping with Weird Fish and I'm normally satisfied with the service. Unfortunately however, my recent order was far from a good experience. The package arrived in tatters; ripped and dirty. The clothes were hanging out of their internal, protective bags and smelt similar to soured milk. I obviously returned the entire order, but then I had to chase Weird Fish two weeks later for my refund. Overall a bad experience

The item was okay but far too long in the arms. I returned it on 5 Dec and to date, 20th December, have not received my refund. Poor service and no communication though Royal Mail tracking says it has been delivered. Fortunately is not a lot of money involved.

Very low quality tops/pullovers. They lose their shape almost immediately no matter how carefully you wash them. I wouldn't buy from them again.

I ordered a dress in your sale. However it had not been delivered. I called customer services who told me my delivery had been lost and see refunded me. The delivery company was Evri and I have previously have experienced problems with Evri all be it with a different retailer. Previously I have received goods from Weird Fish via Royal Mail. Until they drop Evri I won't be ordering again.
